Yes! We offer FREE, NO OBLIGATION property valuations. We’d love the opportunity to value your home and provide you with professional advice.

Are you an experienced agent?
Our team offer more than 40 years combined experience in Estate Agency. All of our team have managed Estate Agency branches within Northampton and have a wealth of property and industry expertise. At HomeMove we pride ourselves on our knowledge, skills and work in the local community.

Do I need to sign an agency agreement to sell my home?
Yes, we will ask you to sign an agency agreement which states all of our T&C’s. This agreement will confirm the mutually agreed asking price, initial marketing period and our fee’s in writing so everything is transparent from the beginning.

Do HomeMove offer a no sale, no fee contract?
Correct! We offer a no sale, no fee contract. Once your sale has completed we will receive payment directly from your solicitor from the proceeds of the sale.

Can I pay an upfront fee?
If you would rather pay a fee upfront, we’d be happy to arrange this for you. The benefit of paying an upfront fee is the reduced rate. However, the up-front fee is non refundable.

Am I asking the right price for my home?
Estate Agents have to consider a huge array of factors when valuing your home. This includes the location, size, type and style of property, surrounding land and the condition including any upgrades or improvements you may have added. Our expert property managers also carry out detailed comparisons, research local sales and take account of the current market conditions.

How will you schedule viewings on my property?
We will call, text or email you to arrange a viewing on your property. If you would like to be at the property when we are accompanying viewers then we will schedule an agreed time with yourself and the viewer. To avoid disappointment or losing out on viewings due to scheduling, we would ideally hold a secure, logged key so we have access at short notice. Keys are never used or released without your approval and following company procedure.

Will you keep me informed and up to date?
Keeping our clients up to date is vital! As your chosen Estate Agent we will always keep you informed and in the picture. We will contact you via phone, email, post, in branch or at your house. You will always receive updates for:

– Offers and terms
– Market activity
– Marketing reviews
– Online marketing statistics
– Sales progression
– Professional advice

Who will be my point of contact?
You can speak to anyone in our experienced team from initial contact to completion. Internal communication is key to HomeMove, all of our team members will know who you are, your circumstances and your property.

Will HomeMove progress my sale?
Of course! We want to manage your sale from start to finish. HomeMove will always help progress your sale by liaising with other agents in the chain, speaking to mortgage brokers or lenders and dealing with your conveyancers and legal representatives.

Why do you need to see my ID?
Professional Estate Agents work within strict guidelines and have to abide to many laws and legislation. Due to Anti Money Laundering Legislation we are required to verify the identity of our clients. This ID verification is part of the instruction process.
